In this role, you will secure financial resources to support investigative journalism, community storytelling, civic engagement, and innovative local news initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to shape the organization’s strategic direction. Qualifications: Passion for local news and civic engagement. Experience with early stage non-profits and the ability to develop this new function in our organization. Proven track record of securing major gifts, grants, and other forms of funding. Highly organized and methodical at managing information and programs. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
