What We’re Looking For: -2-3+ years of experience in program coordination or startup ecosystem support (e.g., educational program coordinator, project manager, platform associate at a VC) -Ability to build and maintain digital resources, tools, and platforms to enhance our members' educational experience -Proficiency in record-keeping, data tracking, and reporting to assess program impact -Strong project management and organizational skills -Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including startup founders, coaches, investors, and external partners -Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?? We have expanded our Texas presence further with the successful installation of our heart-smart Firefighter Alerting System (FFAS) at Sherman Fire-Rescue in Sherman, TX, in partnership with Zetron and Stolz Telecom. This FFAS solution integrates with Zetron’s MAX Fire Station Alerting platform to reduce stress and enhance response times for firefighters—addressing the leading cause of on-duty deaths: heart attacks. This milestone reflects our mission to create faster, safer alarm responses in the fire service, with growing momentum backed by NIH-funded research and industry-leading collaborations.
