? Ignite Recap Part 2: How Can Enterprises Scale AI Solutions? Enterprise AI leaders are walking a tightrope: move too fast and risk potential mistakes or move too slow and risk falling behind. So, Microsoft for Startups hosted a session to talk through this. Some of the insights we discussed: ??????????????-?????????????? ???????????? ????????’?? ???????????? - Enterprises are realizing the need for customization, including with their own data.? - The ones doing this are seeing boosts in accuracy and reduced hallucinations. ??????????-???????????????? ?????????????????????????? ?????? ?????? ???????? - Models are going to continue to get better.? - Teams are also building orchestrators to route across multiple models. ?????????? ?????? ????????; ????????????????????-?????????? ?????????? ???? ???????? - And this doesn't just include technology challenges, it also includes security and governance considerations. - Think: What happens when we have hundreds (or thousands) of AI agents! ?????????????? ?????? ????-?????????????? ??????????????????????????? - For e.g. RPA has been around for a while. But GenAI enables next-level automation, especially when working with unstructured data. - Focus on valuable, feasible use cases that weren't possible before. ??????’?? ???????? ?????? ???????????? - Don't overlook areas such as data quality, having good processes to build and operationalize AI apps, or having a process for continuous improvement and human feedback for continuous improvement. - These are key to make sure companies have the right AI fundamentals. It's a matter of both overestimation and underestimation, as Surojit Chatterjee, our founder & CEO, puts it. Enterprises overestimate how much they can get out of public models, even though these have never seen enterprise data and are thus prone to hallucinations. Enterprises also underestimate how difficult it is to build and deploy their own AI models or products. The third obstacle: fear. Senior leaders and security officers at enterprises are worried about how AI tools will interact with their most sensitive and private data — which is why a secure, efficient, horizontal Agentic AI platform like Ema Unlimited exists.
