Our construction team has completed the topping out at HV Land Co, marking a major milestone in the construction of this development! The project is set to officially complete in summer 2025, and will provide 251 affordable homes.

Yesterday, we were honored to host Carole Peterson from UpRise Nashville for our Market Perspective series! ? Uprise does incredible work providing free career and professional training to low-income Nashvillians. Their trainings provide essential professional skills and resources to help their leaders land better paying positions in as few as 10 weeks. Their work provides their leaders with more than a career, but also a supportive community. ? Elmington is proud to be an employer partner of Uprise Nashville. This past year, Elmington Construction achieved significant success, delivering new buildings, welcoming new team members, and expanding into new states. Celebrating these accomplishments and growth together is the best way to honor them! Last month, Elmington Construction came together in Nashville for three days of celebration. From bourbon tastings and airsoft games to Country Music Hall of Fame tours and a city-wide food tour, employees took a break from their work sites to enjoy each other's company and toast to their achievements. We look forward to seeing the success Elmington Construction will achieve in the coming year!
