She shared her experiences and insights on communication, collaboration, honesty, courage to speak up, and the love for learning, which she sees as common characteristics among board members. She also touched upon the complexities of starting a business, suggesting that building a brand and gaining knowledge over time can make the process easier. She also emphasized the importance of discipline in personal and professional life, particularly when starting a new business. We had lots of questions from the students in the Q&A part.
