Earlier this week, #TeamElmet in Lewiston celebrated the retirement of two of its longest tenured and most dedicated employees — Jon Adams and Cheryl Adams — with a total of over 75 combined years of employment at Elmet. Jon worked at Elmet for 41 years, and most recently held the role of Director of Process Development. Cheryl worked at Elmet for 37 years, and most recently held the role of Production Planner. Both excelled in various positions over their decades of employment at Elmet — their leadership, expertise, and kindness have made a real difference in our lives, and we are truly grateful for all they have done. Although we will miss seeing them daily, we wish them the very best in their next chapters. Here's to retirement, relaxation, and the new adventures that await! Thank you Jon and Cheryl! You have set a high bar, and your impact will be felt for years to come. #retirement ? #employeeappreciation ? #gratitude
