    Loyalty is probably the rarest thing to come by in the world of temp staffing. But Yong Kim, and his company Wonolo, have managed to foster it by showing up—literally. Unlike many execs who stay behind the scenes, Yong visits customer sites and even works shifts himself to stay close to the action. Just check out his LinkedIn page and you'll see how his habit of hand-delivering donuts and even working shifts alongside "Wonolo-ers" . Most staffing platforms operate transactionally—workers take a shift, get paid, and move on. But when a company fosters a true sense of identity, workers show up more engaged, more reliable, and more invested. Loyalty in temp staffing is often overlooked as simply incompatible with the very nature of the business itself. But this example shows that it can be built through trust, consistency, and leadership that isn’t afraid to roll up its sleeves.
