After 43 years of dedication, Wayne Wedburg, our Engineering Leadman, is retiring from Ellison Bronze. Wayne began his career in the Foundry, then worked in Shipping and Hardware before making his mark in Engineering. Until recently, Wayne wore the gold watch his father, Alden, earned after 47 years with Ellison. When it stopped working last year, we were honored to present Wayne with his own gold watch at his retirement luncheon, continuing the family tradition. With his step-daughter, Jillian, also with us for over 10 years, the Wedburg family has now contributed more than 100 years of service to Ellison. We are immensely grateful for Wayne’s dedication and wish him the best in this next chapter of his life!
