Patriot Park is conveniently located approximately three miles from downtown Jacksonville and approximately fifteen miles from Camp Lejeune. The community also includes a neighborhood retail and shopping center at the entrance, as well as close proximity to local schools. Phase One consists of 205 lots spanning 103 acres and will be fully permitted and ready for construction withing the next few months.
