For over 20 years, Teen Lifeline has collaborated with the State of Arizona to designate September as Teen Suicide Prevention Awareness Month (TSPA), aligning with National Suicide Prevention Week and World Suicide Prevention Day. This initiative shines a light on youth suicide prevention and highlights the sources of hope within the Arizona teen communinities. (Well said by Alexander LeBlanc Embark Behavioral Health). I would take up 3 pages just to share all the rooms filled with activities and learning opportunities to inspire, grow, and train here from art, music, dance to sound and recording, lighting and staging, video production, a computer lab all with peer support and a community to feel JUST AS YOU ARE and WHO YOU ARE. The centers are free and open to teens 12-20 yrs. old Monday-Friday from 2pm-7:30pm. Phoenix and Mesa and another coming soon! So many ways to get involved from volunteering, sponsorships and FUN events.
