By talking about it, you are demonstrating that it's okay to ask for help and that seeking support is positive. 2. Be mindful of the language you use. Avoid stigmatizing terms and stereotypes associated with mental health (i.e. "the weather is so bipolar today"). 3. Talk about how you're being proactive and taking care of your mental health.
