We were thrilled to attend Louisiana Association of Business and Industry’s 2025 Annual Meeting to learn more about what leading policy advocates are saying about the economic development of our state. This year's theme was "Louisiana Full Throttle," encompassing LABI's commitment to maximizing Louisiana's economic opportunities. We heard from a panel on the future of energy in Louisiana and from the keynote speaker and renowned financial expert, Charles Payne. Ellevate Louisiana not only works to create seats at the table for women, but also empowers our leaders to bring their own chairs to tables they're not invited to. Women's voices must be heard in the change- making efforts of Louisiana, which is why Ellevate trains, connects and inspires the female leaders of our state to advocate for change that sounds like women.
