In Cuyahoga County, our client was riding his motorcycle when another driver failed to yield while making a left turn, pulling directly into his path and causing a head-on collision. He was thrown from the bike, knocked unconscious, and hospitalized for more than two weeks. He suffered multiple fractures to his leg and knee and underwent four surgeries.
