? Question for client side insight teams ? There has been a steady increase in brands running their own research in-house. Accordingly to ESOMAR it varies slightly from region to region but roughly half of all research projects are now run internally. Speaking to agency directors and MDs, there definitely has been a shift in the types of briefs they're receiving. Then again, one huge FMCG brand told me 90% of research is outsourced to agencies. ??♂? Curious to know within my network, how this looks for different businesses and different sectors.
