As part of our commitment to ensure a world-class support offering, we're pleased to announce that our Support Hotline now includes a call-back feature to make the experience easier and more seamless than ever for our customers. This new enhancement, which is currently live in our North America region with plans to expand to other regions in the future, has been introduced to reduce hold times and facilitate faster access to support services. As a result of this new feature, customers will not be on hold for longer than 4.5 minutes, and instead receive an automatic call-back from the appropriate support contact in the order the call was received.
