This position is 100% remote based in the US with a possibility for minimal travel, likely not to exceed 10%. Responsibilities ? Responsibilities: Generating intricate cabling designs including copper, fiber optic, and wireless infrastructures, tailored to meet client-specific needs and conducting site evaluations. Mentor team members, lead projects, and drive innovation in our clients' cabling solutions. Be aware of trends and solutions in the marketplace from Commscope, Corning, Panduit, and others. Develop and oversee documentation for all cabling architectures, including diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications. Manage cabling projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed quality standards. Certified in structured cabling or related disciplines (e.g., BICSI RCDD) Proficiency in project management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and remotely
