Elite Manufacturing LLC specializes in production CNC Swiss machining with the most recent advancements in the machining industry. Equipped with static and live tooling, high pressure, 12’ magazine bar feeder, chip conveyor, workpiece conveyor. and rotary table for running up to 24 hours a day. We are in the growing stage of our business, our goal is to find a few more key customers that we can work with.   • Always looking to improve processes. In this case it was an investment, one that was hard to shy away from! On this project it allowed us to improve our pricing to win the work!   • This outside the box thinking allowed us to make this process change from running this part in two operations now running complete in one operation, one and done we call it! Benefits on both sides. Here at the shop it helps with easier machine scheduling and then for the customer it is a lower lead time, better transparent communication and a better quality part as it takes any human error out of the equation!

    Huge win here at Elite Manufacturing LLC! What's your first thoughts on processing a part with an eccentric head? Milling that portion? Well with some outside the box thinking we are achieving that with standard turn tools in one operation. All that was needed is an eccentric pickoff collet, reduced neck endmill, and creative programming! Pickoff with both spindles parked (not spinning) and take the endmill to cut the part off the stock! Here is a video of the cutoff!
