So grateful for our team!
Women in the Green Industry Each quarter we have a company wide meeting where peers nominate others who demonstrate our company core values best. 1) We care how we get there. 2)We have grit. 3)We take ownership. This last quarter half of the awards went to some of the women we have working with Stratton and Bratt LLC and Elite Grounds L.C. So grateful for such dedicated team members that we get to work with every day!!

Happy Tuesday! ?? During this week's Company Huddle, we put the spotlight on our company's SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) rocks—our goals. At Elite Grounds, we prioritize not just reaching these goals, but how we reach them—by caring deeply, taking ownership, and showing relentless grit every step of the way! Below is a jar that represents all of the time you have in a day. - Rocks represent the most important things to get done - Pebbles represent day to day tasks - Sand represent a smaller task Rocks are built on a 90 day cycle. Every 90 days, we set our sights on specific goals—our employee rocks. These milestones keep us on track, helping us work smarter and achieve more efficiently. “We should try to hit an 80% success rate for our goals. It will always give us something to strive for and it doesn’t give us high expectations. It will motivate us to accomplish our goals. This will help us get a higher level of accountability.” (EOS Ch.5) In our relentless pursuit of success, we become adept at discerning what fills our jar: whether it's the substantial rocks, the significant pebbles, or the fleeting grains of sand. So, what does your jar resemble?

This week we would like to highlight Cesar Perez.?Cesar is one of our top employees.?He has worked for our group of companies for over 22 years.?He started with us at 17 years old, and in those 22 years has become the best of the best in all he does.?He specializes?in customized landscape enhancements.?His great work and attention to detail has helped us coin the phase "Cesar Special".?This refers to his excellent quality of work, integrity in each detail, and quick to smile and laugh attitude.?He represents the model of good worker, good leader, and humble learner.?We hope to develop in each of our employees the hard working, ever mindful attention he brings to his crew everyday.?
