We are seeking 2 dedicated and compassionate PCAP (Parent Child Assistance Program) Case Managers to join Team EFH! Both positions are full time and require a 4 year Bachelors degree. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in supporting mothers and their families by providing comprehensive case management services and making a commitment to empowering clients through effective support and resources. This role requires a proactive approach to case management and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of clients within our community.
