Just wrapped up an incredible experience presenting at the Association of California School Administrators Women in School Leadership Forum, where I had the privilege of co-presenting with one of my dearest friends and mentors, Kristen Henry, Ed.D. It was an honor to share insights and strategies from our session, From Lone Wolf to Wolf Pack: Embracing Your Unique Leadership Voice and Combating Loneliness through Community. The attendees were amazing—open to new ideas, vulnerable in sharing their experiences, and passionate about combatting burnout.
