Elevation recently brought together members of our Production Division for a hands-on learning experience focused on topographic surveys and their impact on future engineering designs. Led by Joel Nalley, RPLS, the field walk offered valuable insights into how accurate survey data lays the foundation for high-quality design work. Cody Alldredge shared perspectives from the field surveyor’s side, while Jacob Logan, PE, added the engineer’s point of view—demonstrating the importance of collaboration between disciplines. Participants, An Dinh, EIT, Jeffrey Espinoza, Angeles Garcia, and Michelle Llanos gained a deeper appreciation for the role #topographic surveys play in shaping our communities—an example of how we continue to invest in knowledge-sharing across teams to deliver better results. Joe?joined Elevation in 2021, returning to his roots in single-family land development, where his career began 25 years ago. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Widener University. ? With 15 years in land development and a decade in single-family, commercial construction, and multifamily CapEx management,?Joe?has lived the Elevation mission—Creating Community and Transforming Lives—by owning a home in one of the communities he helped build. ? Originally from the New York Metro area,?Joe has lived in The Woodlands for over a decade with his wife, Melissa, and their two children. He serves on the Creekside Park Village Association board and volunteers for The Woodlands Men’s Lacrosse Club. ? Outside of work,?Joe?enjoys mountain biking on the Spring Creek Nature Trail and scenic drives through the Hill Country with fellow automotive enthusiasts. Congratulations, Joe! ??

Congratulations to Elevation employee Juan Vasquez on earning his Drone Pilot’s License! ? Becoming an FAA-certified drone pilot is no easy feat. To earn a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, candidates must pass the FAA Knowledge Test, complete a TSA background check, and demonstrate proficiency in airspace regulations, weather effects, and drone operations. ? With a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Debra began her career in 2006 and has since built a reputation as a leader in Municipal Utility District (MUD) engineering. She is known for her ability to mentor and educate staff while forging strong relationships with MUD consultants and clients. ? Debra’s expertise in Bond Application Reports has been a game-changer, drawing multiple MUD clients in the DFW area—even when Elevation isn’t the developer’s engineer. She has also spearheaded initiatives to streamline developer reimbursements and MUD obligations, further strengthening client service. ?
