We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer Smith to Elevate USA! Jennifer Smith, MBA, PHR Jennifer brings more than 15 years of leadership experience driving organizational performance, capability, and excellence across corporate, non-profit, and higher education fields. She is passionate about cultivating people’s growth and engagement, and creatively challenging processes and systems so organizations thrive. Jennifer holds an MBA from and teaches as an Affiliate Faculty at Colorado Christian University, holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and has broad cross-cultural experience spanning 17 countries. She currently serves as the chair of the board of directors for the Isacc Ishmael Initiative, a ministry focused on education, peace, and reconciliation in the Middle East. A born and raised Coloradan, you’ll most likely find Jennifer adventuring in the great outdoors with her dog, Oreo, befriending refugee families, and hosting dinner and game nights for friends and family in her 1909 historical home in Denver. Welcome to the team, Jennifer!
