Project Update! Check out the below incredible video that shows the progress and transformation of our Rivermark Northern Liberties project in Philadelphia! We were engaged by Delaware County’s Haverford Properties Inc. and Virginia-based Jefferson Apartment Group to redevelop the former 9-acre Festival Pier on the Delaware River. The redevelopment of the site will include 45,000 SF of retail space, two mid-rise buildings that will accommodate 470 multifamily units and brand-new public space including a plaza, splash pad water feature, art installations and an extension of the Delaware River Trail. ?
