Additionally, my services extend to aiding new hotel management companies by establishing robust sales structures and facilitating team development. I offer interim Taskforce Director of Sales support, whether remotely or in-market, to assist during transitional phases, including support with interview processes. Goal is to keep a sales effort going during transition to avoid losing momentum. Facilitating the onboarding and training of new Directors of Sales and sales teams, as well as aiding General Managers seeking to expand their sales expertise, is another facet of my services. Providing specialized market assessments for potential new hotel locations is among my offerings. Engaging in public speaking engagements, particularly for hospitality school/college programs and other forums, is part of my commitment to sharing expertise and insights.
