This morning, I led a virtual workshop in partnership with Plug and Play Tech Center on burnout prevention. Participants leaned into self-awareness, identifying stressors and coping techniques, and building goals that would protect them from getting burned out. Everyone was so engaged and interactive! I'm so grateful to Plug and Play and our attendees for their participation and trusting me with this work. What a beautiful way to start my day. ??

Thursday, we hosted Isaiah "Izzy" Branam from Relate XR, where he discussed immersive virtual reality for substance abuse interventions. Over 70 participants from the University of Evansville, University of Southern Indiana, Ivy Tech Community College, Indiana University School of Medicine-Evansville, community foundations, and from mental health facilities attended the presentation.
