The Elephant in the room is cancer. Tea is the relief conversation provides. Our mission is to help cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers feel less alone in their cancer experience and experience relief through self-expression. We have the only magazine written for and by the AYA cancer community, telling their story in their own words. Quarterly magazine offered both in print as well as digitally – FREE to subscribe.? In addition to our quarterly magazine, we release new weekly content on our website as well as offer unique programming for our community of AYA cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, loved ones, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit professionals.? Our goal is to help the AYA cancer community experience relief through self-expression, inspire others during their cancer journey, and connect them with supportive organizations. Join our herd!

AYAs Take Chicago is a city-wide collaboration to support the needs of adolescents and young adults (AYA) diagnosed with cancer and their loved ones. This year’s theme is Self-Advocacy. You can look forward to fun and interactive activities, opportunities to network, meet reps from many of the orgs listed on the flyers, and hear from fellow AYAs about their self-advocacy journeys.
