(GCHI). Following the sale of GCHI to Heidelberg Materials—of which Keystone was not a part—we will continue operating with our full team, strong support from our corporate group, Fortaleza Materiales, and an unwavering commitment to the region we proudly serve. Exciting Leadership Update for Allura We are proud to announce that Timothy Kuebler has been appointed as Allura's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 10, 2025. Tim has an outstanding track record of success with over 40 years of experience in the building materials industry, including more than 8 years within our group. His distinguished career includes serving as CEO of Elementia USA and President of Giant Cement Company Inc. (GCHI), where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and achieved significant milestones. In addition to leading Allura, Tim will continue his responsibilities as President and CEO of Keystone Cement and CEO of Shared Services, Elementia USA. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening Allura's position as a leading provider of fiber cement siding products while upholding our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer focus. Important News! We are excited to announce that earlier today, Fortaleza Materiales entered into an agreement to transition GCHI and its subsidiaries—Giant Cement, Dragon Cement, and Giant Resource Recovery—to Heidelberg Materials. Keystone Cement is not included in this transaction. The final closing is anticipated in the first quarter of 2025, and we are confident that this milestone will contribute significantly to the growth and sustainability goals of both Fortaleza Materiales and Heidelberg Materials. For GCHI, this marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter—building on a legacy of success, quality services, community engagement, and strong partnerships with our customers and stakeholders.
