?? Testing the Tests: Reducing Alert Fatigue ?? Alert fatigue is a common challenge for many teams, and we loved how Fiverr tackled it with a smart “testing the tests” strategy. Rather than promoting all tests to operational status right away, they first run tests in warning mode??, sending notifications to a dedicated Slack channel. This allows the team to monitor how frequently tests trigger and evaluate if they flag genuine data quality issues. Over time, only the most reliable and impactful tests are promoted to critical alert status.
