Last week, the Element team celebrated the dry-in milestone at Opportunity Crossing with the full project team—lunch hosted by Weis Builders and catered by Afro Deli & Grill, a future tenant!   After lunch, we toured the six-story building construction progress, including 14,400 SF of commercial space featuring a new Wells Fargo branch and four commercial condos sold to local BIPOC-owned businesses: Afro Deli, Dominic’s Tax Service, Novedades Krystal, and a Quinceañera dress shop.   With 110 housing units and a dynamic mix of local businesses, this project will bring new energy to the Lake & Nicollet area.
