Settlement Alert: $1,1000,000. A young Mother suffered injuries to her back and left shoulder, which necessitated surgery when her double-parked vehicle was struck in the rear by a City vehicle. The City argued that their driver was not responsible because our client’s vehicle suddenly left its parking spot, causing the driver of the City vehicle to swerve into the rear of our client’s car.
