Hinterland Dairy decided to expand their offerings from cheese to ice cream in 2021. After thorough research and help from our expert staff, Hinterland Dairy turned their ice cream dreams into a sweet reality with our B12E Batch Freezer. “We knew Electro Freeze had a great reputation, but during the demo, we saw an older machine still working that proved it was great quality, “says owner Collen Krogmeier. “We also were impressed with the plant, how they make everything on-site and the people working at the company.” In regard to the B12E, Krogmeier states that, “I like this unit because it’s very simple to operate and clean, and it’s easy to put the dasher and blade in myself.
