With great appreciation, we recognize Roger Schat, a longtime board member, mentor, and cherished friend of EPC Services Company, as he attended his final board meeting today - marking the beginning of his well-deserved retirement. We celebrate his immense contributions and career with EPCS. For many years, Roger has been a respected leader and advocate for our company. With over 30 years of construction management experience, he has guided our company through complex projects, including transmission series compensation stations and gas-insulated substations. Upon joining our Rapid City, SD office in 2005, he served as the general manager and was an active member of the EPCS board. Following his professional retirement, Roger continued to serve on the board as a professional consultant.
