Take a moment with us to celebrate Jill Pinnick’s retirement! 🎊🎉 She has been a Drafter with us for 10 years and has enjoyed working alongside great colleagues and making a difference in electrical grid sustainability. Jill has appreciated the knowledge-sharing culture at ECI, especially learning from Josh Hatzell. She encourages those still growing in their careers to “keep an open mind, listen to coworkers, and take in the valuable insights they offer.” While she will certainly be missed, Jill is looking forward to spending more time pursuing her creative passions, as well as camping, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. She leaves us with this reminder: “We’re only here for a short time—enjoy every moment and keep it real.”
