Happy customers keep coming back! While that's not likely 'news' to many of you, it was one conclusion from a recent analysis we ran at Electric Era. As part of the analysis, we looked at over 4,000 customer transactions from 2024 so far across six of our active electric vehicle charging stations. We analyzed variables ranging from charging session length to power and energy delivered, repeat visits, and more. While a new blog post from Alex Agne on our Business Development team covers a range of takeaways, one highlight is that as customers use Electric Era charging stations more, the time between their site visits decreases. For instance, after a customer has charged with us five times, they tend to come back every 4-6 days, on average. This points to the benefits that the reliability of our charging stations and our holistic customer-oriented approach foster—once customers start visiting Electric Era charging stations, they keep coming back for more. Our top returning customer charged 87+ times at Electric Era stations since their first transaction in June. Another Electric Era EV fast charging station is shipping out. We received go ahead from the customer in July and are commissioning in October. This is our fastest charging station design and build yet, around 4 months end to end. Its super cool to see the Electric Era team get so smart so quickly. As I like to tell the operations team regularly: In order to build 500 EV fast charging stations a quarter, we have be able to build 5. They are learning and improving so fast its incredible. There are plenty of people who write off electric vehicles.
