A few months ago, ClimateHack and Laura Hodgkiss wrote a another article about ElectraWireless we didn’t have a LinkedIn page that time , greateful for them. We discussed the challenges facing the EV market, especially how difficult charging infrastructure can be for consumers. The reality is that people want charging to be simple, safe, and flexible—without the hassle of cables and plugs ??
Imagine driving your EV into a parking lot, gas station, or even your garage, and without any extra steps, it charges wirelessly. No cords, no confusion—just easy, seamless charging. This is the kind of user experience that will help the EV market thrive.
At ElectraWireless, we’re envisioning wireless charging installed everywhere—parking lots, gas stations, even waste disposal areas. By embedding wireless charging stations in everyday places, we’re making charging convenient, effortless, and greener. No need to plug in, just park and charge. ????
We believe wireless charging is the future. By simplifying the process and improving safety, we aim to make electric vehicles more accessible to everyone. Our vision is to create a clean, simple, and efficient charging solution that fits into people’s daily routines.
This is just the start, and we’re excited to be part of the journey toward a more sustainable, user-friendly future for EVs—one where wireless charging is available everywhere you go. ????

EV infrastructure is ripe for disruption ??
???The What:?The popularity of EVs means that car ownership may expand faster than the enabling infrastructure, which itself needs to adapt to new vehicle technologies. There are all kinds of innovations required for “back-end” systems to keep pace with healthy “front-end” demand for vehicles.
???The Stats:?
- There are now about 140,000 charging stations in the US. But they’re concentrated in a few states like California.
- S&P Global says the network will need to grow 8x by 2030 if current EV demand continues.
- The trend is similar in Europe. There were around 530,000 charging stations in the EU at the end of 2022, but that needs to rise 13x to 6.8M by 2030 according to ACEA.
???The Who:?There are?20+ startups?globally charging ahead with EV infrastructure. Check out the map below for the full list.
??“EV infrastructure is a timely investment opportunity due to rapidly growing EV adoption, supportive government policies, huge demand -supply gap in EV charging infrastructure, technological advancements enabling better charging solutions, and the potential for attractive returns in this emerging market.” Sajith Kumar, Founder and CEO at Chargerzilla tells us
