?? The 2025 State of the Instructional Design & L&D Industry Survey is live! We’re gathering real-world insights from instructional designers, eLearning developers, corporate trainers, and L&D pros across the field—and we’d love your input. No hype. No fluff. Just honest answers to questions like: ? What tools and skills are actually in use right now? ? What are hiring managers really looking for in portfolios? ? How is AI actually being used by L&D teams? ? And how much do IDs really earn in 2025? ?? It takes less than 10 minutes ?? All responses are anonymous ?? You’ll be entered to win a $500 Amazon gift card ?? Final report will be free and public for the entire L&D community ?? Take the survey: https://lnkd.in/guhk4dM2 ?? Have a minute? Help spread the word by dropping a comment: What’s one myth about instructional design or L&D you wish we could clear up with real data? And feel free to share this post with your L&D teammates or network—more voices = a stronger, more accurate report. Thanks for supporting the community! —The eLearning Designer’s Academy Team #eLearning #InstructionalDesign #LearningAndDevelopment
