Care managers play an essential role in the lives of older adults and their families. They provide guidance, advocacy, and compassionate support through complex healthcare and life transitions. What an amazing month it’s been celebrating 20 amazing years of ElderTree! ?? Here’s a small recap of all the ways we’ve been #cheersto20 with our team and community partners. Special shoutout to our amazing Founder Kate Caldwell who was a pioneer and visionary to building ElderTree with the mission of making a positive difference in the field of #eldercare. We’re #builtonvalues and proud of it! Here’s to growing our impact 20x in the next 20! We kicked off by surprising our wonderful team with #Crumbl cookies to sweeten the start of the month (because when your world comes Crumbling down… we call each other at ElderTree Care Management ) We thanked our #elderlaw partners at the #VAELA conference and gave out 20th Anniversary bundt cakes We then cheered on our most active seniors at the Northern Virginia Senior Olympics! ??♀???#NVSO We kept the momentum going by spreading the love into Maryland at the LifeSpan Network Conference, where we even got to meet the legendary Mary Lou Retton! ???? And what better way to cap it all off than supporting a cause close near and dear to our hearts… the Alzheimer's Association? annual fundraising Walk ????♂? Of course, it wouldn’t be a true celebration without continuing to show some love to our incredible team more gift cards to keep the energy high and fuel up for the next 20 years!
