This past week has been filled with exciting milestones! We celebrated the grand openings of three new locations in Florida: Nona East (Orlando), Oakland Park West (Broward County), and Davenport (Polk County). In addition, we activated a systemwide campaign across all 60+ locations with Crumbl, and announced the upcoming J Balvin El Car Wash experience pop-up events happening at our Doral and Nona East locations next weekend. Our goal every day is to create exceptional experiences for our communities and customers, showing them how much we truly care about each and every interaction. This past weekend, we successfully activated all 60+ locations from Florida to Michigan in partnership with Crumbl for a “Crumbl Takeover Day.” The activation was a huge success, driving brand affinity as customers connected with both brands, while also showing customer appreciation through an unexpected, delightful experience. The event offered moments of surprise and delight, creating excitement and positive buzz. Last week, we hosted our first El Car Wash Leadership Summit where 200 of our incredible team leaders from the field and corporate HQ came together for a day of learning, inspiration, alignment and connection. From inspirational messaging from our Founders Geoffrey Karas and Justin Landau to an Award Ceremony that recognized top performers to an incredible Workshop hosted by Brian Biro - America's Breakthrough Speaker and so much more.
