??Placement Success Story?? We received a referral from a recruiting colleague to help an up and coming dental implant company find candidates for a sales role in northern CA. Territory ?? Sacramento, CA The hiring manager said they’ve been working with other recruiters and haven’t seen the results they were looking for. So, we agreed to take on the search. This role had been open for some time. The expectation was to find the best candidate regardless of background. Dental implant sales background was not a requirement. The candidate’s sales background could be from aesthetic lasers, orthopedics, seining amniotic membranes, etc. They wanted a candidate who had “it” and was driven to be successful and make money.
