Boo at the Zoo this month was an absolute blast! We loved being able to engage with families, share resources and spread joy throughout the zoo. Kiddos came in their family-friendly costumes for this not-so-scary, safe trick-or-treating experience. We had a fun time giving out slinkies while providing information about eitas to trick-or-treaters and their families. The smiles and laughter made it a truly memorable experience for all of us. People living with the challenges of Spina Bifida and their family and friends joined together for a great cause and a fun time that included food, drinks, children’s activities, music, prizes, and vendors. We were able to share information about our supports and services along with many other organizations. Funds were raised for Spina Bifida Kansas City (SBKC) to help local families with medical needs, including bracing, equipment, catheters, and more.
