The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage front desk operations. Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, data entry, and managing office supplies. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, providing support to other departments when required. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Skills: Proficient in office management practices with a strong understanding of clerical procedures. Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
