We are proud to have partnered with the Signet/Zales team to bring their vision for the “Store of the Future” to life. The recently unveiled store in Memorial City, Houston, represents the culmination of two years of design thinking and collaborative effort. Our primary goal was to craft a retail environment that enhances the customer shopping experience. We focused on creating a space that encourages customers to spend more time with their jewelry consultants, allowing them to explore, design, and purchase the perfect gift for any occasion in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. With this new design, we aimed to revolutionize how customers perceive Zales. The store has been designed to be approachable, comfortable, and engaging—transforming the traditional jewelry shopping experience and fostering deeper customer engagement. This prototype store is just the beginning. As we gather insights from its performance, we will refine, adapt, and evolve the design to meet the ever-changing needs of Zales customers. To continue to lead the way in providing simple, accessible and uplifting eyewear, OWNDAYS sought to elevate their brand and customer experience through a new brand identity and scalable retail concept to support expansion across Asia. The Eight Inc. Asia team worked on a strategy centered on encouraging customers to 'OWN your DAYS', to be present in their lives, embracing each moment, big or small, and staying true to themselves. The design emphasizes simplicity, accessibility, and positivity with intuitive spaces and experiences designed to be inclusive. The Eight Inc. team in Asia worked collaboratively with OWNDAYS to deliver an Experience Masterplan, brand refresh, new retail design concept & guidelines as well as UI guidelines to bring the new brand to life across their websites. The first stores reflecting this revitalized vision have been successfully launched in Tokyo and Singapore.

Eight Inc. was proud to partner with SaladStop Group! in their mission to help every individual make healthier choices everyday. Over a period of 2 years our team in Asia worked through an Experience Masterplan, Brand Refresh and the design and development of a new store blueprint, including critical digital touchpoint’s such as the Digital Ledge, intended to create a more seamlessly and augmented ordering experience. The results? A 60% increase in revenue compared to the previous store design and x2 orders per hour, doubling the staff efficiency and their ability to serve customers.
