Emerging Innovations Consulting provides entrepreneurial and business coaching for scientist-CEOs and scientific leadership teams of early-stage startups. Our specialty is supporting successful researchers in spinning out startup companies based on their technologies and helping them define and reach their initial key milestones to become attractive to downstream investors, partners, etc. We can also provide universities with support for their scientist-led spinout companies and can also add value to VC funds or angel investors by providing business operations support to their portfolio companies.
