Industry Update ?? The USEPA's Greenhouse Gas Reporting software (e-GGRT) is back online after being shut down for over a month. To accommodate the delay, the reporting deadline for mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting has been extended to May 30, 2025. Notably, on March 12, 2025, USEPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced that a reconsideration of the mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program is among 31 deregulatory actions currently under review. The Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) has filed a lawsuit challenging the deadline extension, arguing that it represents an unlawful delay in reporting on climate pollution. We are closely following these developments and will provide timely updates. Congratulations to EHS Support’s Principal Hydrogeochemist, Dr. Rebecca Fraser, on her appointment as an EPA Victoria Accredited Auditor. ? Rebecca brings over 25 years of experience to our auditing team and specialises in?statutory environmental audits and risk assessments to protect human health, and the environment.?Since 2011, Rebecca has worked as a hydrogeologist in the Australian private sector and has been involved in the risk assessment of a variety of groundwater contaminants within small and large-scale developments. ? Regarding her appointment, Rebecca says, “Personally, my appointment as an environmental Auditor is a reflection of the support and mentorship of Ken Mival and Stephen Cambridge. I feel proud and honoured to be part of the Victorian environmental audit system which aims to protect human health and enhance the environment within which we live.” ?
