EPA has released the pre-publication version of the Part 99 WEC Rule today. Couple of quick changes in the final rule to note as wins. - Netting of emissions will be allowed at the parent company level - Payment of the WEC moved back from 3/31 to 8/31 each year - EPA has attempted to clarify what noncompliance issues under NSPS Subpart OOOOb/OOOOc would lose a company's compliance exemption (still reading here) - EPA will allow the compliance exemption for NSPS Subpart OOOOb/OOOOc on a state-by-state basis instead of waiting until all states implement existing source rules under the emission guidelines https://lnkd.in/ekBuyTKy
