Derek joined Ehlert Bryan directly out of the University of Virginia in 2007 and has been a steady hand in engineering and project management ever since. He has successfully managed just about every type of building project, and is currently specializing in multi-family and school construction. Both inside and outside the office, Derek is a widely respected resource in solving complex challenges and advancing Ehlert Bryan's understanding of technical issues, construction techniques, and project management and structural design processes.

Earlier this year, McLaren Oakland-Oxford opened its doors to provide a wide range of services to the surrounding community. Thank you to Hobbs+Black Architects for leading the team!

Rod has grown EB's Repair and Restoration Department through exceeding client expectations and training and mentoring the engineers on his team. Chris Werner has managed many of Ehlert Bryan's largest and most complex projects. While having managed the design of buildings of just about every type, Chris specializes in the management of high-profile U.S. Embassy facilities around the world. Both inside and outside the office, Chris's consistently sound technical judgement and steady hand have made him a respected go-to person for questions or challenges that arise on projects.
