You can read the full call for papers below, but we particularly invite perspectives that discuss: 1) how new ways of working and cooperating contribute to the understanding of what meta-organizations and meta-organizing are and 2) how meta-organizing practices and processes challenge dominant orders and may facilitate radical transformation. ??? The PDW will be held on Wednesday morning, July 2, 2025 [09:00–13:00], and hybrid participation will be enabled, although the priority is given to on-site participation. ?? Call for Applications – #EGOS2025 Paper Development Workshop Are you working with raw qualitative data and looking for new ways to analyze and theorize it in a collective spirit? Did you ever get so excited or annoyed by your data that you wanted to discuss these feelings with others? Join Ellen Nathues, David Hollis and me at EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies) 2025 in Athens for our Paper Development Workshop (PDW 05) – Analyzing and Theorizing Raw Qualitative Data as a Collective. ?? Why participate? Much of our work as qualitative interpretive researchers remains implicit—especially those initial moments of engaging with our data. The motto for our PDW is that questions like "Is this interesting and relevant? Do others see what I see?" are best explored together. We create a collaborative space to discuss, analyze, and theorize qualitative data collectively. ?? We invite scholars at all career stages interested in qualitative data analysis from perspectives including but not limited to CCO (Communicative Constitution of Organization), performative theory, and affect theory. There are two ways to participate: 1) Share and discuss your own raw qualitative data or 2) Engage in discussions by analyzing others’ data.
