The Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber Breakfast with Gulfport Mayor Billy Hewes did not dissappoint! Mayor Hewes set the bar high year after year, needing to one up himself each year! Entertaining, informative and sincere...his often emotionally driven speech showed us nearly 12 years of Vision, Work, Obstacles and Successes! Thank you for your service and allowing us to be a part of your team to continue to build your city better!

Scott Eddy and Kristen Murphy from our Jackson office attended the Blessing of the New Siemens CT/SIM Room at St. Dominic Cancer Center last Friday. Designed by EGH, the room features an upgrade of equipment for the Cancer Center patients, which is greatly needed due to the previous machine being 18 years old. The room also has upgrades to the ceiling with new digital light fixture as well as the wallpaper sky to improve the patient’s experience. Congratulations St. Dominic Hospital!

The Area Development Partnership in Hattiesburg is hosting "Mission: Possible" today at the William Carey University Campus in Hattiesburg. Area High School Juniors tour the campus, are introduced to WCU President Dr. Burnett, hear from professionals in Economic Development in addition to various industriess. The presentations show how the Hattiesburg area grows, and what options await them after High School. They are presented with multiple paths to various degree and certificate options. This experience could be their first introduction to their next step, or it could the deciding factor of what the rest of their life will look like for many of the students. Most importantly, when they leave today they will know college is an option for all of them regardless of where they are in life. Thank you to the ADP for the opportunity!
