The EFCA national office is partnering with Mission:Leadership in our search for our next Chief Development Officer. The CDO will develop strategy and actionable plans to initiate, grow, and direct fundraising activities and communication impacting individual donors and churches, as well as major donors and foundations, to embrace and support the domestic and global ministries of the EFCA. This person will oversee the EFCA Foundation which assists donors with planned giving. As a direct report to the EFCA president, the CDO works in coordination with the EVP of Operations to ensure collaboration with communications, donor services, and accounting departments.
