Well, it is a bit closer to tent ice fishing than boating season here in Lake Dillion, CO (see pic below), similarly, the real estate market is a bit on ice according to the 2024 Redfin Housing Report, while the market has grown 5.2% year over year, it is the slowest growth rate since 2019, but the northeast crushed in 2024 with over 9% growth rates in numerous areas.
